During the week my little guys loves comfy, and that means mostly stretchy pants and tee’s, but I like for him to have a nice outfit for church and for events that require a little more than sweat pants!
I am so happy with how this outfit turned out! I used my Everest Pants for the bottoms. The fabric is Essex Linen and they are lined with a quilting cotton. These pants have an elastic waist so they are comfortable, but the topstitching, articulated knees, and front and back pockets dress them up.
The shirt is made from the Sisboom Ethan pattern. This is the second time I’ve sewn up this pattern, and I can’t say enough good things about it. It comes together perfectly, and the method of construction is very professional. I did size 2 with the longest length so that it could be tucked it. I shortened the sleeves so that he can wear it when it is a bit warmer, and then layer with a sweater for cooler temperatures.
I can’t believe how big he is getting and seeing him dressed up like this just makes me smile!
