I am so excited to talk to you about the lastest issue of the sewing magazine One Thimble (affiliate). This is an incredible magazine for all levels of sewists. Besides 10 patterns, there are dozens of articles about sewing techniques, photographing your garments, and setting up a sewing business, just to name a few. I am honoured be able to contribute my Traveller Tee to issue no. 4.
I shared a little about this pattern earlier in the week, but wanted to show you another version that I sewed up yesterday. My youngest is outgrowing many of his clothes, so I made a Traveller Tee for him.
The fabric I used is a nice striped jersey knit from Chez Ami. I love the colourblocked panels; they give an opportunity to use another fabric, break up the stripes, and add visual interest.
Like any mama, I think my little guy is pretty cute, so I may have gone a little overboard with the photos! I made his pants too, they are almost too small, but you can read more about them here!
You can purchase this pattern as part of the magazine (it is worth it, I promise!), or you can buy my pattern as a stand alone for $7.50 from the One Thimble shop.
Next week I will share with you a little more about the huge amount of content you can find in One Thimble!
